I had a flashback to playing Monopoly with my neighbor Antoinnette as I sat on my veranda in Jamaica. My friend Roxanne and I always flip flopped on our professions from lawyer to linguist to businesswoman to translator. Who knew at the age of 8?
I vaguely remember saying that I wanted to speak many languages and as I sit here in reflection, my desire to speak Chinese has been fulfilled and I continue to pursue language learning.
God is so awesome! Even when you forget your prayers, He not only remembers them but answers them!
