I bought tix for my dad and I to go to a soccer game so I asked him if we could celebrate Father's Day on 6/24 instead of 6/17. He came up to NY, we had breakfast and then went to Manhattan to watch the 2:45PM England vs Italy game on TV. He had a great time and thought it was all over. I realized how much my dad trusts me because all I said is "I want to show you something" and like sheep heading to the slaughter house, I led him to the Red Bulls Arena where we watched a live game with Red Bulls and DC United. Red Bulls won and my dad had a great time.
