On the 23rd of August, I had a very interesting conversation that was life changing...literally. It never ceases to amaze me how the mind works. On the 23rd of every month, I would start to replay the conversation and re-live the emotions and I would not understand since nothing triggered it but I would check the date and like clockwork, it was the 23rd of the month.
