| Looking forward to dinner with Nechelle! Today was scheduled to be jam packed, I had dinner with Nechelle at 5:45PM, 7PM conference call so I had a laptop just in case I wouldn't make it home in time and then a basketball game at 9PM. I missed my Reason for God book club discussion, I was super irritated because I took all the precautions to make sure I could be there. Headed downtown in time for game. Ren's defense was on point; coach was not subtle about cheating, his team played well. |
| I bought tix for my dad and I to go to a soccer game so I asked him if we could celebrate Father's Day on 6/24 instead of 6/17. He came up to NY, we had breakfast and then went to Manhattan to watch the 2:45PM England vs Italy game on TV. He had a great time and thought it was all over. I realized how much my dad trusts me because all I said is "I want to show you something" and like sheep heading to the slaughter house, I led him to the Red Bulls Arena where we watched a live game with Red Bulls and DC United. Red Bulls won and my dad had a great time. |

| Happy Birthday Ladika! I am so excited about how our friendship is blossoming. Love you loads!!! I slept by Ladi's house last night. We went for breakfast in Astoria and at night she went to River Café with her beau. I spent most of my day talking to Ladi, in the evening I went to church. Roxanne and Roland were there too! After church, Roxanne tried to treat me to a birthday dinner but I snuck and paid the bill lol |
| After every few days of crazy activities, I go home and crash by 8PM! Thursday was one of these days. I was supposed to go to Sundance Vacations to pick up my free tickets for a cruise to Bahamas but I was too tired |
Just finished watching the Heat game with Ladika...sorry Ladi, no OKC victory, maybe next time...maybe not
