SOCO

After iMentor Training, I went to an event in the Lower Side, there were a variety of agencies, politicians and  community members - the event was very successful and fulfilling.  I went straight to church and met up with the girls to go to a very cute spot in Brooklyn called Soco.

Roxy and Rols

Roxanne and Roland are one of my favorite couples so I jump on every opportunity to spend time with them. Today was a very sentimental day for us because Roland solidified one of the most important decisions he previously made in his life - he got baptized!

After we left church, we went out to eat. I was as giddy as can be, I laughed so much. Rajai, Roland, Roxanne made me literally LOL!

Week of July 5-10th

The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree	My mom spent the entire day shopping, she spent most of her day in Macy's, we met for lunch, went shoe shopping in DSW and then she went back to Macys!

Can anyone tell that my love language is quality time?	My recent posts have been about quality time because I love spending time with people I love! I had a conversation recently which brought us to the conclusion that while boundaries and restrictions usually have a negative connotation. Love is a boundary and that is a very good thing.

Gwendolyn and I met up to go to Riis beach, we spent about two hours on the beach and then went shopping.

Later, we went home, got dressed for church and then headed to SushiSamba to celebrate Gwen

BJ's here we come	What favor! No membership card needed today, we had a one day pass but not even that was necessary
